Using this site
The content here describes window replacement and installation services in Riverside, CA and the surrounding Inland Empire. It is general information, not a quote and not a contract.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free and are given in writing after an in-home measure. A written quote is valid for the period stated on the quote itself. Nothing on this site constitutes a price or a binding offer.
Scope changes
Conditions found after removal, dry rot, water damage, out-of-square framing, non-standard openings, may change the scope. Any change is documented and approved before the work continues.
Warranty
Installation labor carries our workmanship warranty. Window units carry the manufacturer's product warranty under that manufacturer's terms. Warranty details are stated in your signed agreement, which governs over anything on this site.
Permits and code
Where a permit or inspection is required, responsibility for it is stated in your agreement. Glass type, egress and safety glazing are specified to the applicable California code.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by California law, our liability is limited to the work performed under your signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Riverside County.
